Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 3.5 A lot of self ranking going on so I’ll give my unbiased view. House is top of mid/bottom of upper mid but has not solidified its position as upper mid. Half of the house is nerdy potheads and the other half is pretty rowdy. Well liked by all the mid tier sororities (kd, aephi, ddd, axo). Throw very fun large parties that girls from upper sororities go to because the house is considered ‘safe’. Good back up option if ur rushing top frats

Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.4 a lot of clout on campus because they’ve been consistently throwing the biggest events on campus. House seems to be doing well socially and may break out of middle tier if it takes better classes. Last few classes have been extremely social climbey/clout chasing but the brotherhood seems to be good. Better options exist but this house has massive potential.

Used to be consistently quality guys- now they're a mixed bag with short squids
