Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 3.0 Mid-tier/Average house that's mainly known as "friendly guys." Doesn't do much stuff but still gets invited to bigways/multis (mostly at Sammy though lol). Been losing guys to Pike & Fiji.

Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.4 I would still consider it a higher mid-tier house, though a bit less prominent than previously. Considered the 'boyfriend house' and generally friendlier, nicer guys than most fraternity types. Mixes with AXO, KD, Tri-Delt, AXiD.
