Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 3.0 decent mid-tier house. They think they're still in their glory days when they were competing with ZBT & Pike for top of mid-tier/bottom of upper-mid. Quality guys, but more on the level of PSK and PiKapp now. Large senior class is graduating, so they'll probably be less-picky and hand out lots of bids this spring

Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.2 I would still consider it a higher mid-tier house. Very sweet boys and generally nicer guys than most fraternity boys. Mixes with AXO, KD, Tri-Delt, AXiD.
