From what I've heard, they're having Rich the Kid perform at their house on 9/16/2022. This should put them over the edge as a middle of the pack upper tier house.

For freshman: Getting framed more than usual after their fetty concert, which was a big way for their closest frat neighbours. A bunch of good guys, but people hate on them to keep them down. Very selective with their pledges, but a good option for rush alongside chi phi and dx

Biggest Grinders on this site. Freshman beware, they did not rush well last spring. They got 12 guys who all did not have options at other houses. Fetty concert was good but they have been incessantly pushing themselves up the ranks recently. Dont be misled, these guys are nice, but not cool or are anywhere close to being a top house.

The boys did great with rush and fetty was definitely a big boost for them. Heard they locked down mixers with top sororities. Can see them breaking into upper soon if they stop mixing with mid tier fraternities and sororities which they probably will. Great option for rush. Bright future

Lambda is the definition of mid. They think one slope day pre game concert makes them any cooler lol. Have been losing a lot of rushes to Chi Psi, DX and Chi Phi.

The fetty concert was a huge move for the fellas. Helped them lock in mixers with DG and Theta for next year, so they'll objectively be an upper tier house. Basically back to the old Lambda Chi rep of pre-2016.

Fetty wap concert was a banger, concert wasn’t a bust tho it started slightly late. Mixers in general are good, Heard they will start mixing w c4 next year tho so

Have mixers scheduled with DG and Theta for the fall. Word on the street is that they might do a joint concert with Chi Psi. Undoubtably upper tier based on mixer schedule and cross-rush.
