Delta Phi - ΔΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.4 Haven't had a good pledge class in two years. The rising seniors are all that remains of the frat before they got kicked off. The rest of the house is full of geeds who never pledged, but think they're fratstars anyway -- you have to earn that privilege. Go back to Rockledge

Delta Phi - ΔΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 3.0 Was a top ten house known for its huge lawn and crazy expensive house. The brotherhood was fairly wealthy with a good amount of club sports athletes. Parties were decent, although the basement opens were cramped, had a good annex in collegetown, and they mixed well with upper mid and occasionally top houses. Ever since they got kicked off in 2018 it’s been a fast spiral to irrelevance. All the new guys are weird and mostly international. Maybe they’ll come back to normal if they regain recognition, but for now save yourself some trouble and avoid

Was a top ten house known for its huge lawn and crazy expensive house. The brotherhood was fairly wealthy with a good amount of club sports athletes. Parties were decent, although the basement opens were cramped, had a good annex in collegetown, and they mixed well with upper mid and occasionally top houses. Delta Phi - ΔΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 2.7 Some absolute units and some absolute sticks. Their house is dope and their yard is massive, but pretty far removed from campus. They got kicked off a couple years ago by the pollack regime. Ok house if you remove a few of the pricks

Delta Phi - ΔΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 3.4 Interesting mix of guys. Half the house is built/broey, and the other half is artsy. Similar make up to that of DX and Lambda. Unfortunately all of these houses are in rough shape with the university

Delta Phi - ΔΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 3.9 Still operating though they cannot mix. While cooler than Phi Tau / Pi Kapp / Phi Sig, they're lack of mixers really hurts them. If they were still operating, they'd be in FIJI/Chi Psi tier. They "recruited" some new tenants, but without having mixers it will be difficult for Llenroc to retain strong relations with sororities as they move forwards. Overall, Llenroc will be fine next year, and perhaps the year afterwards, but once their current sophomores/juniors leave, the house will be in trouble. However, lucky for them, by that time, the following year their four year revocation will have ended. It is interesting to see what happens to the house, as it is still beautiful which will help them recruit.
