Delta Phi - ΔΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.4 Solid return to campus. Physical house is ridiculous and probably has a lot to do with it (and they're a little too proud of it living in it). Brothers are fairly involved, multiple club hockey kids, sprint football, Sun, project teams. Lotta diversity, a couple of legacies, chillers not ragers. Into putting on very classy formals, not that into opens and their basement party space is small. Huge yard for darties.

Delta Phi - ΔΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.7 Was just at their Homecoming formal. Great comeback so far. Brothers seem to be really involved in the re build, doesn’t seem like they took too many squids. Already throwing parties and getting social life back.
