Delta Kappa Epsilon - ΔΚΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 3.9 Sure, they're not top, but they're also not bottom. They picked up a variety of guys last year, including SA reps and club athletes. I can't speak to whom they mix with or if their parties are any good, but in terms of quality of guys, they're moving toward lower middle.
