Chi Psi - ΧΨ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.8 Haaaaaated them. They're like 9th graders who just drank for the first time, always bragging about how they drink but don't drink with girls and care so much about their ranking on campus. It's like they're the new Pike (which is bad!)

Chi Psi - ΧΨ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.0 Legitimately a rush week reject house. Their fall PC was comprised of kids who didn't get in anywhere during spring '16 and struck out again during fall rush but were reached out to by Chi Psi nationals to start the chapter back up. Then during Spring '17, they took the scraps from the better houses. Every one of the kids in their new PC got cut hard from one or more of Chi Phi, Fiji, Lambda, Sig Nu, and ZBT during rush. At least they can find unity in that.

Legitimately a rush week reject house. Their fall PC was comprised of kids who didn't get in anywhere during spring '16 and struck out again during fall rush but were reached out to by Chi Psi nationals to start the chapter back up. Then during Spring '17, they took the scraps from the better houses. Every one of the kids in their new PC got cut hard from one or more of Chi Phi, Fiji, Lambda, Sig Nu, and ZBT during rush. this seems accurate, although it could just be because their house is temporarily shut down for renovations and they don't have an annex

It could be that girls don't show up to their parties anymore, so it's just them and other guys

Chi Psi - ΧΨ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 3.8 Brand new. They are cool. Pretty good looking guys. They have a nice house. That's the bottom line. They are pretty mysterious because they just got back on campus. they're also apparently friends with hot girls so that's a plus. even though they're new they are definitely already upper middle tier. Need to throw more open parties to get to the top again.

Chi Psi - ΧΨ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.0 Irrelevant. A bunch of them still roam campus underground, and some still live in the house. Other than the house and its location, the guys are over entitled, think they are better than they truly are. Lots of creeps and not good looking.
