Chi Psi - ΧΨ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.8 These guys self rank a lot so take the upvote/downvote and positive rankings with a grain of salt. That aside, this house used to be sick, but they got kicked 4 years ago. The guys who were dope all graduated, and then they restarted the chapter entirely. These guys all joined as either sophomores who didn't get into a house during rush and were selected by some adult committee to join or as freshmen who were selected by that same committee. Naturally, not a great brotherhood right now - a lot of these guys were cut for a reason, and people have picked up on that after a couple months, but they'll turn it back around eventually over time. For now, though, just a middle tier house with a sick physical house, so their opens are generally solid.

Chi Psi - ΧΨ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 3.8 They have some strange guys and some pretty cool/cute ones. Their president is well-liked and really nice, so that should help them climb their way up the rankings. They have had a few really fun parties at their house this year already. Open parties are much more fun than the mixers, but as time goes on, mixers should get better. Overall, just a mix of rude/weird guys with some cool/nice/fun ones

The guys themselves can use from a go at the gym to look like the original meatheads, but other than that good events, lets see where they go.

Chi Psi - ΧΨ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.2 They're fine. Not great, but they have some cool guys. People only give them a hard time because they associate them with the old chi psi. But guess what- these guys actually like each other, unlike most frats on campus! And that's a good thing.
