Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.0 Ranked anywhere from 6-10. Firmly an upper tier house and have been in that position for many years. A lot of the guys are into lifting, but also drinking, so heavy dad bods here. They mix well with mid srats and some of the C4, particularly Theta. Their house is basically in collegetown which is helpful if you're into the bar scene. ChiFridays are good time too.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.9 Just a great group of guys. Very Welcoming and super chill. I've met many frat bros and they're the least stuck up and most down to earth. Would recommend to upcoming freshman because of how nice the dudes are.
