Had a bad rush. House is ok, kind of an odd shape. Overlooks the gorge which is cool, but their yard is almost unusable. Close to Lambda which is a plus.

Most people wind up here only after being rejected from other frats. They have a nice house but it’s filled with really weird kids who also seem to like living in triples. They’re barely hanging on to their mid tier status rn so have their brothers grind GR all day to try to elevate themselves. Frosh beware. I wish I had listened sooner
