Alpha Delta Phi - ΑΔΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 2.9 has declined to the bottom of the upper tier with bad PC’s the past 2 years and a lack of brotherhood...money can only get you so far. Lost almost all their rushes last year and snap bidded a ton of guys. About to fall to upper-mid if they keep this up.

Really think about how that would be possible and how illegal that is. I feel bad because AD actually offers the most scholarship money on campus and rewards students 500$ for making deans list

Alpha Delta Phi - ΑΔΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.7 They have a lot of haters.. because they do stuff a lot better than most houses. I’ve gotten to spend a lot of time with them this year. I feel bad for them because they’re are so many false rumors about them like tax returns (which is illegal and not even possible) and watches (also fake.) Inskde the house you know how Strong the brotherhood is - they are always together during ever vacation break and have big brotherhood events that aren’t made public to rushes etc.

Most of the guys aren't cool or even that attractive, yet they walk around like they're Grade A steaks. Newsflash boys, without your money you wouldn't even get a bid from Fiji. Expect this house to continue to fall in the coming semesters, just like DX has. Terribly run frat with majority mediocre guys
