Alpha Delta Phi - ΑΔΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.7 Say what you will about AD, they throw the best parties at Cornell and it isn’t even close. They have the best looking guys in c4- also not even close. Only dig at them is how mysterious they think they are. You aren’t twilight characters guys.

Guys in the house are insecure about their fall off within c4 last few years but if they just focus on themselves they’ll be alright. But If they keep focusing on other houses and glazing themselves to overcompensate then they will be lucky to compete with DU for rushes next year lol

Alpha Delta Phi - ΑΔΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 5.0 The top house by a landslide, not even a comparison. Guys are super nice and always take care of you. Parties always super fun, they have def taken the best PC for the last few years (I'm a senior and I know a most of the guys in the house). Any rush should definitely have this house at the top of their list. If you are a rush and this house gives you attention GRASP IT AND HOLD INTO FOR AS LONG AS YOU CAN. These guys all seem to be super wealthy, super good looking and really good people.

The top house by a landslide, not even a comparison. Guys are super nice and always take care of you. Parties always super fun, they have def taken the best PC for the last few years (I'm a senior and I know a most of the guys in the house). Alpha Delta Phi - ΑΔΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 2.5 House took a bad pc last year and has fallen off a little bit from the last few years. Lots of international kids and diversity, so definitely less of the typical NYC kids that some of the other houses have. Known for having money but the guys aren’t really fun at the parties mostly just aura farming.
