On the decline. Used to be known for their nice girls, the kind you would take home to meet your parents. Their good pledge class will be graduating soon and their newer PCs have not been up to par. They look a bit sloppy and rage too hard, more like hit it and quit it instead of taking home to the parents kinda girls. Mix great with top frats and are known for their fall philanthropy event Ivy Man.

Solid middle tier house. Pretty diverse and average in terms of looks. Lots of chubbier chicks. Fun girls for the most part. Known to be easy but that's hard to say. They have been pretty consistent with their PCs, they've all been pretty similar across the board. The newest PC seems to be more clique-y and catty than previous PCs. Nice house, with a good location on North Campus. Mix well with the middle tier and occasionally upper tier frats.
