they only good fraternities that will actually rush you if you aren't a legacy or have recs or know people there are chi psi, pi kapp, sigma chi. just a heads up. if you don't know you're getting a bid from ka or sae and to a lesser extent sigma nu i probably wouldn't even bother, they're pretty selective.

this is true - but sigma chi, pikapp, and chi psi are all amazing fraternities.
