I haven't heard anything official about the Kappa Sig house. Does anyone have any idea when they will make an announcement?

Shut up Phi Kapp you will NEVER get that house. You would have to force over 2/3 of your chapter to live in it? Did yall think about that. Maybe if you used logic you'd know you don't have a prayer

Kappa sig had more than 80. 82 didn't pass the membership review. That's where your stat comes from

Can everyone stop arguing over stupid things and focus on what's important? The important thing is that that house stays a fraternity house.
I'm not going to try to say Phi Kap is any type of fraternity, but I would rather them get that house (or any other fraternity that will be house less next year) than Pi Phi.

Why wouldn't they jump to the KS house? They would get to keep for 3-4 years when they have to give ATO back there house next year.

They have a contract they can't just jump ship and leave. If they did they would have to pay for 2 rents which they can't afford
