Ultimate guide to touse

Southern Fraternities (own catagory):
KA, SAE, Ksig, Snu - all sort of interchangeable, all good tho, cool guys but do their own thing with the southern sororities.

Mix/Northern:
Touse: Chi Psi and Pikapp - Best Weekly Rentals, chi-psychotic fire yearly event, pikapp no big solo event but still good group events. Best tent (the turf which they share w/ pike). Perfect Sorority connections.

Lower Touse: Fiji, Pike, Sigep - Fiji has fiji islander and SAC in the fall so their pretty good.Sigep has booba and good weekly rentals. Pike has good rentals. All of these have a good tent. All have good dartys. All have good rentals. They are all great. Great Sorority connections.

Upper/middle Mouse: Beta, DKE, Sigma Chi, Theta chi- *In this section, the frats start to have a few weird guys, some more than others, but all around cool ppl* -
Beta has betawatch (not great event) but has other events that are decent. Beta has good rentals, decent tent, and good dartys.
DKE has good rentals and midget wrestling is fun if ur a guy but not too fun for girls, and great tent and great darty's.
Sig Chi has a good weekly NBT Rental and partner w/ beta for some events. good Darty's and okay tent.
Theta Chi has the best rentals out of upper mouse, Mid tent, decent events, idk abt their darties, but they have one of the best weekly rentals.
(All in upper mouse have good connections with sororities and have decent pull to events.)

Lower Mouse: AEPi, TKE, Phi Delt, Phi Tau *about 25%-50% weirder guys, still cool ppl in there tho*
TKE is on the rise, wouldnt be surprised if they are even better next yr. decent rentals now but will be better with group every saturday. Decent events, decent dartys. bad tent.
AEPi has good darties, decent rentals, bad tent. Has good sorority conenctions compared to the rest.
Phi Delt has mediocre rentals, okay darties, idk if they do a big event, but has a better tent.
Phi Tau has mid rentals, meh events, dont know abt darties, has mostly normal guys tho compared to the rest in this catagory. top 5 tent tho.

Then theres everyone else, but they are more or so the same. Pretty weird guys, mid-bad rentals and events. Bad Tent. Bad Rentals. abt 75%-100% weird ppl.
Notable Bouse events (dont go to anything else of theirs): DTD house party. ASig ibiza party.
Stay away from DU, all creeps.
