Why are iers so important??

I love all my Greek sisters and want to see all of them succeed, prosper and grow AT THEIR OWN PACE. Come on, y'all. Let's stop the nonsense. It's hurts to see people judge my sisterhood for being considered "top". It. Does. Not. Matter. Only the girls who are actually members of each sisterhood can say what their value is. They're all priceless. We need to remember that.
