I really like one of the sororities but a girl from my high school who doesn't like me is in it. Can one girl not liking me cause me to not be able to get in?

One girl doesn't have much power in a house of 300+. Unlikely she could get you balled. And if you did get that chapter, it's so big you most likely won't see her often.

Yeah unfortunately one girl really can block you from a chapter if she knows the right people, is well liked, etc. honestly though every chapter has their own ranking system so it's up in the air
