Can girls wear a strapless dress for the sundress days? Or should they pair it with a cardigan?

A strapless dress is fine, it will probably be too hot with a cardigan!!

a strapless dress is fine, there is no dress code but i would recommend getting a dress that you can wear a normal bra with because it is so hot that a strapless bra or sticky bra might fall or not stick
