Phi Sigma Kappa - ΦΣΚ Fraternity at University of South Carolina Columbia - USC 4.2 definitely not top tier, but ever since they took ato's house they have and will take over middle tier spots that sip ep and ato left behind. Every pledge class is getting better and better. Half the brothers are hot and the other are not, im glad they are next door as opposed to ato dbags.

Phi Sigma Kappa - ΦΣΚ Fraternity at University of South Carolina Columbia - USC 4.6 I'm a Phi Sig from Amherst Ma, ALPHA. I visited in the summertime and it was a great time. The brothers are great and the new house is awesome. DAMN PROUD.

I have to hand it to you guys, you definitely have the best house on the row. If you keep up this pace you guys will be in a higher tier for sure. Good Luck!
