Trending up/down with PC 2026

NOT a rank in any way whatsoever, just a list of which houses did better than normal, worse than normal, or about the same as their average!
Surprisingly few houses did worse this year which is great to see!
Better: AOPi, AGD, KD, DG, Chi O, GPhi, KKG (debatable since they’re always solid but from what I’ve seen so far, they seemed to do the best of all the old row houses)
Same/Average: Theta, ADPi, DPhiE, DZ, SK, Pi Phi, SDT, AXiD (could also put them in the better category since they got a lot of great girls, just not enough history to have an “average” standard)
Worse (some of these only did slightly worse than usual tbf): APhi, ZTA, DDD, AXO, Phi Mu (still got a great PC, they just lost some of their target PNMs to other old row houses + AOPi/KD)

I’d sure hope they have a 90% retention rate less than a month post bid day 😂 I think we can safely put every house in that category when we’re talking about PC 26

During recruitment smart one… which is very good, meaning more people wanted to come back than the house could take back

I mean yeah but if we take GPhi out, the rest of this post seems pretty accurate from what i’ve seen.
Although I don’t think AXO did much worse than normal either tbf. They’ve always been in the lower mid range except for last year when they low key killed it, so I see it more like they went back to how they normally do (at the top of the lower mid group just ahead of DZ, APhi, DG, Alpha Gam, Pi Phi)
