Out of state kid who can only make it up for formal rush. Am I doomed? What should I be looked for at this point?

Someone deleted my comment but look at the fraternities that did spring rush bc they aren’t full. Sig Ep being an exception most likely but Phi Kap, Theta Chi, and Sigma Pi are probably your best options.
