The best dry houses:PDT, DSP, SPE, BTP who all have good guys and girls around but are boring. The next best social fraternities: SN PKA PKP TEP, these 4 are a lot of fun and have good girls around but the quality of guys definitely takes a hit.

AEPi PKT SP DTD
All 4 have been here awhile and only SP has had bad scandals. DTD is kind of small, PKT is kind of boring, and AEPi has less girls around unless they throw joints. All are fine.

LXA just got their house back. ChiPsi is small. OX has a horrible reputation and being forced to close wine Wednesdays means they have no social lives. AGR is constantly in trouble. DKE and BYX have houses and are building. ASP and Zete need houses.
Suspended: KS, used to be top 7 will return and probably be lower in the top 10 or 12 groups. They need to stop with that weird hazing, no one is cool with that and it's wild they posted in groupme about it. They deserved to get caught being so dumb.

Like is very respected and a lot of fun. They still get a lot of athletes and have good guys. Had some unfortunate things happen in the early 2000's and 2010's when they had a hard time staying out of trouble but other than that they are solid.
