The DPhiE house is redone, and it is amazing. I have been on the inside and wow it is really nice. Trust me. It is no worse than mid-tier now.

Next Level
Theta, DPhiE (with the renovations absolutely), Pi Phi, DZ, GPhiB, Kappa, SK

Then

ChiO, DG

Finally
AXiD, SDT
