If you don't care about drinking under age or wild house parties, you just want chill guys as bros and good chicks around. Need to start summer rush at least halfway for any chance at the higher places ones. SN and PDT actually have decent house parties when they have them, which is rarely. Pretty much only tailgates on campus and off campus socials.
