Old Row staples KA and Chi Phi have maintained their prestige while consistently building strong pledge classes. ATO and Fiji lead New Row and are worth noting they bid based on guy quality over connections, making them more accessible than Old Row while still pulling solid people each year.

A Tier — Solid All Around
SAE · SX · SNU
SX throws some of the best parties on campus and backs it up with genuinely good guys. SNU might have a smaller footprint socially but the quality of people there is real. SAE has the name recognition but leans too hard on legacy bids, which too often results in a diluted pledge class — keeping them out of S Tier until that changes.

B Tier — Respectable
DSig · AEPi · Pi Kapp
Pi Kapp has been quietly building — solid guys, decent social presence, and more upside than people give them credit for. DSig and AEPi round out this tier as respectable houses that hold their own without necessarily standing out.

C Tier — Fading or Plateaued
Phi Delt · Pike · Beta
Pike has the history but feels like a house coasting on an old reputation — the energy just isn't there like it used to be. Phi Delt is similar, present enough on campus but rarely the first name that comes up for anything. Beta tends to fly under the radar entirely, which at this point might just be their brand.
