I guess based off of sororities that come for each group and their social lives this is accurate? The order is wrong though.

Top 6 are spot on and in order.

SN on top of their tier.

TEP is probably too high because they don't have the pull to back this position BUT they do have much better parties and socials than everyone below them.

I'd have SigEp at the bottom of their tier but that's whatever I guess.

Lambda is not a dry house, they have no pledgeship. There is a massive difference.

After the traditional top 7, KA SAE ChiPhi ATO Fiji KS(rip for 2 years) and SX it's pretty much even imo.

Put SN Pike PiKapp can all go in any order for being fraternities for having good social lives (SN is boring yes but when they do have house parties they go all out) for all 4 years of college.

DeltaSig SigEp PhiDelt Beta are all dry houses who have good guys but aren't the type to give you that wild college experience. Guys go to these for connections for jobs and good grades rather than their events or the girls they have around. Sort of niche groups.

SP TEP AEPi PKT are all up and coming, no restrictions, solid girls around, but that's it.

No matter which of the first 2 groups you prefer they are all good options, the third group is fine but a step down in any regard.

Anyone I didn't mention is either too boring, blanket bid randoms, bad reputations, etc.

ATO was established at Georgia in 1878. Phi Gamma Delta in 1871. And Sigma Chi in 1872.

I hate snu as much as the next guy but I’d bump them a spot. Phidelt is up a tier - switch with tep who goes between sigep and beta. Lxa will hopefully do a lot better this year. Chi phi clears ka and sae pretty easily but that’s just my opinion and it is a matter of preference. Everything else spot on
