You won't get a bid unless you are a legacy or went to school with one. They only bid guys without connects who have money. Haze insanely hard but are protected. Untouchables. Insane parties, rich beautiful girls around, great houses but kind of far.

Less legacy driven and not as much protection but haze hard. Rush guys based off of geography, just under half are from north VA MD DC DE and PA. Just as insane party wise but less of the old money wealthy girls.

Haze hard AF and have little to no protection from the school. I hear some are under investigation. Other than ATO they have insane parties, best quality guys outside of the top 3, hot girls everywhere.

Upper Mid of new row

Dry houses but they rage anyways, rarely throw but when they do it is massive, good pull and very historic here. Cupcake plesgeships, 50/50 quality. Less potential of trouble with school and more so with nationals due to drinking in house.

Wet houses who rage, pretty much just as fun as top of new row but less of the better sororities around, and lack history which means alumni pockets aren't as deep.

I wouldn't rush them, these groups blanket bid randoms and some of them haze hard AF only for you to be initiated into a dry house, or a beat up shack. These groups have trouble getting girls around, sausage fests.

Note: I'm a sophomore who just rushed this semester due to only being 17 last year, I had no connect but made it into one of the good 5 upper mid fraternities. My GF is a third year AOll and she gave me her opinion too. As you can tell because I'm 18 having a dry house was a big deal for me, even though it's easy to get into bars anyways.
