Explanation: the top 4 are the biggest southern frats on campus plus ChiPhi. When I say southern I don't mean country, they just embrace/promote southern culture despite having significant OOS and Northern guys. All 4 have a lot of connects after school, get the hottest sorority girls at their events and get the best guys and solid numbers for pledge classes.

The next 4 can really go in any order, most of their wealthiest guys are new money but all 4 have a lot of legacies come through too. It's not nearly as competitive or legacy heavy when it comes to rushing the guys here but offer identical experiences to above without the snooty prestige and name that comes with rushing the above 4.

The first group of mid tier are full of heavy hitters tbh, maybe their nationals makes it hard for them to throw, maybe they just have weird reps they are trying to get around, idk it depends on the group. Over all they offer a similar experience to the above 4 but don't have the alumni, history, or ability to throw whenever they want on campus to compare with the top 4.

The next 4 are all the best options you'll have for spring but not all in mid rush every spring it usually varies from year to year. This tier either rages hard AF and has bigger pcs but their history and girls they get lack hard (TEP/SP) or doesn't throw often and are soft despite having great pull and guys (SigEp/Beta).

The next 4 are your up and coming frats that have been getting bigger PCs and getting better sororities, they also have potential because of their name/nice house (Lambda/DTD) or their under rated guys and sororities they get around (PKT/AEPi).

Final 4 are in the early stages of being up and coming, ChiPsi with their history and underrated girls around, AGR being discount KA, OX having a lot of guys and good house location, and DKE having a new house and throwing a decent amount of parties.

Anyone else either doesn't make enough noise to be well known or are new.
