Are these two old row because I’ve only heard of them hanging out with old row sororities and only associating themselves with certain frats.

Only frats considered “old row” are KA, Chi Phi, and SAE

There is no old row anything here and these frats and srats. It's a tacky wannabe grab from Bama where there actually is an actual Old Fraternity Row and a New Fraternity Row. It's embarrassing but they cling to it because it's all they've got to deflect from reality.

“Old Row” is a name given to some Bama frats and srats by Budweiser years ago. UGA has no old row. The current frats and srats who claim they are OR, technically wouldn’t be anyway. They just started calling themselves that and everyone buys their BS.
