Based off of pull, quality of guys and history here these are the top 5. No one is moving down unless there's some trouble which no one wants for anyone. (There is no OR but who we call OR are not so strong anymore)

PKP
SN
PDT

KS SX and PKP throw the best events and while SN and PDT are more tame, their pull and quality of guys are just as good. All 5 of these have great history here too and under rated alumni involvement.

DSP
SPE
BTP
TEP

Pike and TEP are the party animals while the other 3 have most of their social stuff off campus unless they throw joints. They do that a lot. All 5 have solid pull and under rated guys.

All 5 of these groups are somewhat established but this is where the drop off starts. SP DTD and AEPi all have solid guys but PKT and especially OX are... Less so. In another 10 years these 5 will be rock solid.

All 5 have some sort of housing and get decent guys but are smaller unestablished groups working on sorority relations and building social status.

These are all new and anyone else will be new. None have housing that I know about but are probably working on it.
