Top vs Lower Mid Fraternity experiences

What are the actual differences, experiences, activities, perks between being in a Top 8 fraternity vs a low fraternity?
KA/SAE/SX/ChiPhi/ATO/KS/Fiji/SNU
Versus
LXA/DTD/Chi Psi/PKTheta/PKTau/AGR

As someone in the lower half of this list, with a good friend in chi phi I feel like I can answer it ight. A small frat you know everyone wellish, and more opportunities for you to hold positions and have a say. Get decent socials but nothing crazy. Parties suck, and sometimes it sucks not having 100+ brothers cause the house is dead sometimes.
Big frats throw wilder parties, get the best socials, but you tend to only be close with your pledge class or small click. Bigger means someone’s always at the house but according to my friend “it’s more of a dorm feel”
Just depends what ya want tbh, I don’t have a single regret and I love my fraternity but there are downsides no matter what you choose
