The fact is that the same 10-12 sororities have been top 10 for decades. They were here the longest. When social media started, a few from that top 10 started to claim they were old row, but it’s not true. (Kappa is one of them but it’s still a top 10). Once you realize most ranks are pointless, you’ll be much happier in greek life.

This is exactly the problem - “ranks” (although they don’t matter at the end of the day) stay pretty consistent unless something really crazy happens. TBH, APhi, SK, DZ, etc will likely always be “better” than the others you asked about that have been (self reportedly) “rising”. Ranks just suck tho overall because girls can be happy in all SRATS imo even if they aren’t top tier or wtv

There are about 12-13 at UGA that are really good in terms they get invited to many socials, parties, etc. Aphi is so new it can’t fall but they are good. The other 2-3 also have a good social schedule. The rest are just ok. But the top 12-13 will always be up there. They may move around, but still in the top 10-12. My mom was at uga and kd, xo, axo, zta were always higher than now. So yes, Kappa may “drop” to a lower number but they are all still in the top 10-12. I don’t see that ever changing.

Kappa became popular because they knew how to promote themselves when social media came out. But just because any sorority claims they are the best does not mean they are. It’s just whatever you are willing to believe. This is true of all the sororities. People need to realize gr is not true.

Same thing with people claiming someone or a sorority self ranks. Lol. The ranks don’t really change! “Oh, this sorority is now number 13 instead of 14, they self ranked.” “A poster said xyz is moving up. Xyz is all over greekrank”.
Meanwhile, the sororities they say are self ranking probably never bother with greekrank. Hilarious that these commenters don’t realize they’re the joke.

or down. The “ranks” are mainly grouped by vibes and which other chapters they hang with. It’s not a real rank. It’s been the same for years which is why the “self-ranking” posts are stupid!

Because it is hateful mean girls who make up things. The good sororities do not get on gr and they definitely do not say negative things about other sororities. No one is self ranking. No sorority is falling or whatever.
Chapters do activities with certain sororities and frats. So they are usually grouped that way in ranks. Don’t believe any of it!
