How are Dphie and Alpha Xi's houses looking?

I'm a recent ish alum and DPhiE started their house remodel when I was at uga and it still wasn't finished when I graduated. How's it coming along? Also curious about Alpha Xi's house. Will both be ready in the fall?

I’ve heard that Dphie’s house is supposed to be done by fall

I know the AXID girls signed leases

Their place at 480 S Milledge will be ready for moving in this August and will house around 60 or so sisters. They will remain apartment style like KD's house.

i know axid has 255 on milledge booked for recruitment in the fall so i don’t think their house will be ready

Well girls are living there but the front area is having work so they aren’t rushing out of it.
