chi phi should just be at the top idk in what world they are behind Fiji and ato or even at that level and yeah switch snu and Phi Delt

Chi Phi is not at the top because they have a lot of baggage that turns rushees off. They didn't fill their pledge class last fall, did spring rush, and struggle to get bids. They do have fun parties so even if you don't pledge there you can still go.
