TOTP is very real and very prestigious. I've heard they wear pearls and black g-strings as part of their way to identify. They were first created to be the girlfriends for the Order of the Greek Horsemen. Not sure what they do beyond that

TOTP has nothing to do with which sorority you are in only what an individual member can/will accomplish. The older srats have better representation. Nothing to do with the “old row” bc it’s not a thing. Many chapters favor grades or money in their recruitment for a reason. Which sororities have best grades? Which are the older srats?
