Only Come to this frat if you’re into comics & play super Mario. Seriously just find Mikey and the story tells itself, this frats a joke and is full of anime lovers and Star Wars fans, pretty sure SK and other mid sorority’s already blacklisted them, only go here if your and out of state warrior.

We messed up big time. We could only get a couple SKs out to our bid party last night. We kept telling accepts and rushers they were coming but we knew. We called the cops on other parties to get them to come to us but they wouldn’t. Wonder if this has anything to do with our wine Wednesday scandal. Please reach out to me if interested in rush!

I was forced to mass rank other fraternities by the head rush chair. Fun fact about him! Senior year Spring break he got arrested for breaking into a girl’s hotel room. Also the rumors are true I cannot pull trig I’m a squid

The rush chair texted me and told me the pc was almost full and to come out soon. They only two accepts at their event and kept saying the others were otw. One of their rush chairs was really creepy towards me.

Came here for a rush event this week and left immediately after looking around. They paint themselves to be some top fraternity like KA or ATO, but in reality, it’s a squid fest. Many of these so called brothers seem like they didn’t get hit hard enough in HS, and even their “top guys” still seemed like they belonged in DKE. Throughout the whole time I also kept getting offered bag by some curly haired weirdo who looked like he crawled straight out of a meth clinic. Avoid at all costs unless you want to stay in this circus and never get motion. Like really ask any sorority what they think of these guys, and I can guarantee it won’t be positive. The future’s not looking bright for these boys, and their new PC would all be dropped anywhere else. Good luck fellas

Went here for a rush event during the summer and sad say they’re not real lookers, many blanket bids in the bunch and recent Pc must have been found off Reddit and discord, I mean really even there PM looks embarrassed to be seen with those guys, safe to say I won’t be coming back only go here if ur into Star Wars or an OOS guy

These guys live on greekrank. Don’t let them fool you. Their numbers are dwindling and so is their quality. Even AGR and Phi Kappa are bigger than them now. I wouldn’t say they were ever great and they are definitely far past their prime.

They have been the laughing stock here since the 80's. Used to be all star trek and D&D guys before the it's brought Hella northerners and OOS guys. Now they are either nerdy guys or OOS guys who didn't rush over the summer and got stuck with a dry house with no pull. Literally every sorority from mid up has black listed them. Creepy, nerdy, and their best guys end up dropping after a year or 2.

Their parties feel like someone planned them using a Notes app checklist from 2017, their brotherhood has the enthusiasm of a group chat on Do Not Disturb, and the whole vibe is basically we exist… I guess.

Look, I’m not here to sugarcoat anything. Theta Chi at UGA has been slipping hard, and everyone on Milledge knows it. The hype they try to push doesn’t match the reality anymore. Social scene? Mid at best. They talk like they’re running top‑tier events, but half the time the parties feel thrown together last minute. The energy just isn’t there, and people end up bouncing to houses that actually know how to host. Brotherhood? Feels more like a collection of random guys than a tight group. Lots of cliques, not much unity. You can literally feel the divide when you walk in. Reputation? They’re trying to ride on a name that doesn’t carry the weight it used to. Other fraternities have been stepping up while Theta Chi seems stuck in neutral. Rush? They oversell themselves and then underdeliver. If you’re looking for a house with real momentum, this probably isn’t it right now.
