Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity at University of Georgia - UGA 1.8 I've literally never seen any of these guys around campus. They are by no means anywhere near top tier. Not involved in any campus activities whatsoever and have an incredibly small house. But I guess being a smaller fraternity means you have a stronger brotherhood.
