You know a fraternity sucks when they self-rank as obviously as Lambda Chi. Weird guys, dilapidated house and no campus involvement. Perfect house if your idea of fun is getting barred out in a jersey and watching NBA for hours on a Saturday night.

Good fraternity. If you gave them a number it's probably a 7/10. Not going to blow you away with their on campus involvement, but have a good yard on Milledge and a pretty good house. Spring party with Makonnen was huge and that helps. Overall an upper middle tier fraternity. Not touching the top dawgs, but definitely good guys who have fun and seem pretty close.
