Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of Georgia - UGA 5.0 They come across as a top house tbf. Biggest pledge classes, but not the best. Totally blanket bid guys just to get the most numbers. They’re fine. Due to bidding everyone there’s quite a few insufferable weirdos. But also some super sick frat guys.

Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of Georgia - UGA 4.4 Pretty solid guys, the house is dirty but set up well for parties and socials, good events, and good pull. Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of Georgia - UGA 2.9 These guys pike and SNu just argue with each other about ranks and positioning. KS gets into fights with everyone and their younger guys get sloppy drunk out at bars so it's not a classy look. That and their house is dirty AF, even if they have a great space for events. Their parties are good, their brothers are close and they do an ok job of community service. Their history here keeps them relevant with top sororities but since they just got back their seniors and 5th years are still pretty hit or miss.
