Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Georgia - UGA 1.5 These guys are a great fit for people who are experienced users in high school because that is the culture. If you don't want to be grouped with that then not for you. Good parties and girls like them but girls are everywhere at UGA so not a reason to join.
