definitely on the rise!! their new pc is a pretty mixed bag (some are kinda weird and awkward) but a good amount of them could have definitely gone to "better" houses. a lot of them have girlfriends but are still super welcoming and nice and will talk to you. we had our first social with them in a couple years and definitely want more :)

Its a love hate relationship with this frat but they have a reputation for being thought of as weird. I have heard many negative stories about experiences associated with beta. Some of them are super sweet and others are very touchy and don't know what personal space is. There's really no in between but don't fall for a beta because they probably have multiple girls on rotation.

Most genuine guys I’ve been around on campus. Always so sweet and respectful, we all love them!! Many of them are friends with a lot of my sisters and me and they are always so great to talk to and be around

Great group of guys! Went for a social last semester and met some of my best guy friends! Their social chair can be a little touchy sometimes but overall everyone is super sweet
