greek life sucks now
by: truthGreek life is an absolute joke and i'm not sure what happened. Sigs suck, Zetes suck, App sucks and Tau Sigs barely exist. Quit beefing each other and get better its killing all of your orgs and all 4 are to blame.

It’s gonna be tough for the actives in all orgs cause there’s been drama that goes back so many years that members are taught to continue when joining their orgs. I think all orgs pres’ should meet up and definitely discuss something but, if not everyone is going to give 100% into it, it’s not going to work out realistically. There’s so much drama already and it’s only November and orgs are hearing stuff from other orgs members about people saying stuff and to not go to events, etc. ideally all orgs need a new refresh because there’s power trips from all and it creates no community whatsoever…

I think we made the mistake of losing communication when GLC ended. It was a stupid organization with too many rules and stupid dues that didn't benefit anyone, however I we got rid of communication altogether it feels. I think we at least need a gc of all the orgs presidents or something to fill the void

right now it looks like the zetes and app are doing a bunch of stuff together they’ve had multiple mixers together this semester and they are multiple app girls at their parties. from what it looks like it’s tau sig and the sigs who are causing most of the issues. tau sig is teaching their new class to hate app and the zetes and sigma chi too.

Well if tau is teaching their classes to just hate on other orgs shouldn’t they change what they’re teaching their new members?

i really don’t get why we all can’t just be okay with each other. rivalries are fun to a point, but a lot of this beef is passed down by people who aren’t even active anymore. everyone i’ve met in greek life has been nothing but sweet to me personally. if we stay so divided how are we going to grow greek life?

i am! i’ve been making an effort to be nice to everyone i see regardless of what org they’ve come from. i really hope we can move on and talk out any big issues.

I’m just curious, how could we make this happen? What steps do we think could realistically fix Greek life?
