Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at University of Toronto - UofT 4.1 I came here for SPD and had a blast!! The brothers were so nice and let me keep their stuff in their room! I felt super safe there and 100% would go back!! They are a quality frat who really support a safe and friendly environment! No creeps too! THE frat to join!
