You guys have to have the dumbest internationals out of any frat. For those out of the loop, all DU chapters have gone substance free (no alcohol, not even nicotine).

Shows how much you actually know, there are plenty of fraternities who have gone ALL-substance free and any of them will tell you that it's completely on-paper alone. Nobody other than yourself is fooling themselves into thinking that DU chapters are going to be substance free. It's a PR move and to save money on insurance etc. Not that this chapter had to worry about it either as these guys are just geeds in letters anyways.
