That is not possible at all. Zeta is not a top tier. I agree with the person that said there are 3 tiers but not really a clear cut ranking here at A&M. In fact within those ranks all the houses are pretty much equal.
Top Tier (no order at all)
Tri Delt/DG/KAppa
Middle tier (no order and because its the middle it encompasses more houses all equal)
PiPhi/AXO/ZEta/ DZ/XO/Theta.
Bottom tier (no order and still good houses that just need a few more good years.
GPhi/KD/ADPi

There have been several bad years of pc's for XO and Theta and that is why they are slipping. They are both solid middle tier houses now. There is nothing wrong with that. DG is moving up and I think they and PiPHi are equal not so that is why they should be in top tier.
Actual rankings because of several years of pc's especially due to PC'11 and '12

zeta has been on campus since the beginning of sororities at a&m and they have never been top tier. ALOT of their legacies chose other houses, and they have always rushed based on looks alone. They don't look at academics and reputation and leadership like the top tier houses do.

nope on kappa. A lot of Kappas get cut from other houses the really want. I know a lot of girls that are in Kappa that are not happy

Zeta is not top tier, Tri Delt is top tier, Theta is lower .... but nice try
KD and GPhi improving and had good PC's the last 2 years

You can keep saying that Tri-Delt is in the top if it makes YOU feel better but Tri-Delt has fallen. Everyone knows it. Tri-Delts have some good Junior & Seniors left but that it.

You are insane if you think DG is in the Top Tier. They have gotten better but in the Top. Maybe they can take the Tri-Delt spot. They are slipping.
Top Tier
Zeta-Best looking girls on campus & best house!!
Kappa-compete with Zeta at rush. A couple of girls were crying at the Kappa house because they did not get Zeta bids.
Tri-Delt-some good seniors left that are beautiful but once they leave it will not be good for them.
Middle
DG-getting better
Pi Phi
AXO
XO--this house has slipped in the last couple of years. The pledge classes have not been as good.
