Kappa, Pi Phi, Theta, and to a lesser degree DG are the top national groups if you look at foundation giving, few closed chapters, and where they have chapters. They are more selective in the universities they choose to have chapters at. And in turn - the top academic universities with greek systems all have KKG,KAT,DG,& Pi Phi.
