You are correct. Some of the biggest "tools" find themselves in the "top" houses. Funny how that happens. Keep your eyes open and you will find a "top" group with nice members. At A&M, you really can't go wrong.

Don't worry about the houses you do not get invited to attend, love the houses you DO attend. Houses will invite you when they want you in their sisterhood - why would you cry over a chapter that doesn't fit you?! Trust the system, maximize your options, and enjoy recruitment.

You are right of course.

Maximize, maximize. You'll hear it a thousand more times before the end of recruitment but it's the best advice actives can give. I know a couple girls who ended up dropping their sorority because they believed a false stereotype about their chapter. Sisterhood isn't for a week or a semester or a year, it's for a lifetime. Choose somewhere that makes YOU happy, not your best friend from high school or your biological sister or mother.

And it will be a big mistake if you let the comments on this idiotic site influence your rush experience or your decision making IN ANY WAY! You will find great girls whom you connect with in any of the houses. Likewise, there will be a few girls in every house who you could do without. Keep an open mind, and be determined to make a positive contribution in whichever house you land.
