It's a real shame you didn't learn growing up how disrespectful and lowbred it is to use someone's passing as an opportunity to criticize.

For people like you who don't know any better, for those who are genuinely in shock and actually grieving, because they actually know the deceased and their family, a social media tribute is not one of the first things people do, or even think of, when they are actually feeling such a loss. Personally reaching out to the family and close friends and talking with each other is what they do first. The family may make a post if they wish as a way to announce the passing, but any tributes from other groups come a little later, allowing the family to take the lead. For not immediate family, running right away to post on social media is not usually genuine, it's just performative and attention seeking, just like what you did starting this thread.

This is a very disappointing and out of touch perspective. I would consider deleting this post. This is disrespectful to those truly grieving a beautiful life lost.

This is beyond insensitive and inconsiderate of those grieving her passing. Not everything done in memory of her needs to be blasted on social media. The prayer circle held for her absolutely does not need to be posted on social media as it is a time of vulnerability for individuals affected. Maybe next time instead of criticising those dealing with her loss privately you should think before you post.
